Food Testing

In modern days people have become more conscious and careful about the quality of the food they buy. They are now more aware of the ingredients written on the label on the product. The safety, hygiene and make of the products have become the most important factors while making a purchase. Food Safety & Standards Acts in India (FSSAI) covers several norms that are framed by the Government of India for the availability of safe and quality food products to the consumers. Hence, it is becoming a key requirement for the food industries to meet the challenges of the current market environment and pay attention to provide quality food to its customers.

Creative Analytical Lab & Consultant is FSSAI and MoEF & CC certified and with NABL accredited. Our experts and professionals are experienced in food testing are committed to meet the regulatory requirements of food testing.  
We provide extensive services to hotel and restaurants, food manufacturers and suppliers, bakeries, caterers, educational institutions and hospital and clinics. Our food testing services are quite comprehensive and include testing of shelf life of food items, microbiology test to identify the presence of pathogens like E.coli, Salmonella, Listeria, Campylobacter etc., chemical and nutritional values in the food, identification of meat species, detection of residues, allergens and contaminants, testing of genetically modified organisms (GMOs), analysis of honey and food packaging services.
